Straight Forward Group was founded in 2009 by Dani Stephenson, it started out as an Indie music-media consultancy and talent management company, specialising in all areas of entertainment. It has since grown into a multi-faceted organisation, which consists of Straight Forward Music, Straight Forward Recordings, Straight Forward Publishing, Straight Tech and Mugal Group which offers, film production, talent management, music publishing, music distribution and music recording studio services globally which now operates in London, Paris, Mumbai, Los Angeles and Dubai which is due to open in early 2022.

SFMG has since had global successes working with many Top 40 Billboard artists like Diddy-Dirty Money on their hit album “The Last Train To Paris”, Big Sean’s platinum single “Marvin & Chardonnay ft. Kanye West & Roscoe Dash – Finally Famous Album”, Tinie Tempah’s Brit & MOBO award-nominated single “Girls Like ft. Zara Larsson – YOUTH Album”, Nevada’s global Top 40 hit single “The Mack ft. Mark Morrison & Fetty Wap”, Ella Mai’s Grammy-nominated album – Ella Mai and Drake’s hit single “Passionfruit” which was the 28th most consumed record of 2017 as well as “Skepta Interlude” – More Life Album” and Drake’s Grammy-nominated record-breaking single “Don’t Matter To Me” ft Michael Jackson which broke the Spotify and Apple Music streaming records.  On TV and Film Dani recently worked on the Emmy nominated TNT visual for Koby Bryan’s memorial featuring Dr. Dre and more recently co-composed and supervised on Amazon Originals’ new series “JUNGLE” and co-composed music for Marvel Studio’s new film “Eternals” due for release on 5th November 2021.
