Led by Strategy & Sustainability Director John Service, this dedicated product development team will drive the creation of new, market-ready formats, offering fresh commercial opportunities for artists, labels, and brands. 

Key Intel is the first in-house development team at a music manufacturing broker, setting a new industry standard. From concept to creation, the team will transform innovative ideas into tangible products, expanding possibilities for the music, luxury, and creative industries. 

Following the success of their SMART formats in 2024 – which seamlessly integrate physical products with bonus digital content – Key Intel is already working on groundbreaking new projects, including:

Expanding into Ireland with Ann Marie Shields 

Key Production isn’t just innovating – it’s growing! Following its successful European expansion, the company is now entering the Irish market with the appointment of Ann Marie Shields as Ireland Consultant. 

Ann Marie brings a wealth of experience from her time as Careers Manager at BIMM Institute Dublin, Director of Minding Creative Minds, and as a founding director of the Association of Independent Music Ireland. Having worked extensively in the music industry since the 1990s, she’s the perfect fit to introduce Key Production’s award-winning services to Ireland.
