Cr2 Records artist Matt Sassari recently obtained his 19th Silver, Gold & Platinum Disc for his mega-hit Give It To Me, which has been streamed over 400 million times since its release in 2021.

Give It To Me was one of the first records Cr2 released since their move to Tileyard, a move that coincided with them signing a long-term, global strategic deal with fellow residents Believe distribution.

The move to Tileyard has born further successes for Cr2 who’ve since released records with the likes of HUGEL, Merk & Kremont, Felix Jaehn & Ofenbach among others – many of which have achieved their own Silver & Gold certifications.

Cr2 is making full use of the Tileyard facilities, their party with Matt Sassari in the Gallery last year was a great success, and Cr2 also have their studio in TYX for artists to use. They also make regular use of the content rooms there, regularly hosting artist promo days and filming DJ sets in the filming studio. 

Cr2 Records’ sister company Sample Tools by Cr2 has also been busy, after relocating to Tileyard, Sample Tools by Cr2 has expanded its Artist Series including sample packs from house legend Sandy Rivera and a compelling techno collection from Matt Sassari. The production masterclass by Matt, released in conjunction with his sample pack, was filmed at our TYX studios.

Sample Tools by Cr2 has actively pursued brand partnerships with industry leaders such as AKAI, Korg, Roland and MusicTribe, with other exciting collaborations in the pipeline.

This year, they reintroduced their Platinum Producer Membership – a subscription service, available monthly or annually. Subscribers enjoy benefits such as A&R feedback from the Cr2 team, access to a private Discord channel, video tutorials and access to our exclusive catalogue of sounds.
