James Newman will be representing the United Kingdom on May 22 with his song Embers at the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest.
Embers was written at Tileyard London last year as part of a songwriting camp. Newman quoted in an interview with the Official Charts Company “I wrote it with Conor Blake, Danny Shah and Tom Hollings and Samuel Brennan. I was like… let’s just make a massive banger.”
James will be performing Embers on behalf of the United Kingdom live from Rotterdam on May 22, you can tune in on BBC Four from 8pm.
Good luck James, the whole of Tileyard will be routing for you!
