SoundCloud has just unveiled the SoundCloud Store, a brand-new merch marketplace designed to empower artists by giving them a platform to sell their own custom merchandise.
The SoundCloud Store launched with merch from artists including Wiz Khalifa, Denzel Curry, wolfacejoeyy, Bktherula, and Armani White with 100% of the profits going directly to these artists.
This exciting addition allows artists who own 100% of their merchandise rights to effortlessly create and list exclusive designs for their fans. The first edition of the SoundCloud Store is now live, where select Next Pro artists can design unique merch with minimal hassle—enabling them to stay focused on their music while generating extra income beyond streaming.
Under the current setup, artists simply submit a design for a merch item, and SoundCloud takes care of the rest. The platform handles everything from creating product mockups to manufacturing, shipping, and even promoting the products on social media.
Currently, the SoundCloud Store is exclusive to Next Pro subscribers, a premium tier offering enhanced features and tools for artists. The service is limited to subscribers in North America and the EU for now.
