Tileyard residents, Apple Music have just launched ‘Introducing Creative Studios London’, a free initiative that brings world-class creative experiences to young people across London and beyond, featuring some of the UK’s biggest artists. The programme encourages aspiring music and radio-makers aged 16–25 to apply for real-world creative experiences, open to all.
Building on the success of the Made in LDN programmes in 2019 and 2020, this year’s programme will connect aspiring music and radio-makers with leading creators and organisations across the capital. In four weeks of immersive sessions happening this August, they’ll get direct access and exposure to the industry.
There are two programmes to choose from: Music, created in collaboration with youth service Spotlight, and Radio, organised alongside Brixton station Reprezent 107.3FM. Young creators aged 16–25 will learn hands-on skills, develop their craft and get their voices heard.
Applications must be submitted by Monday 19 July, 5:00 pm BST.
Beyond the programme, there will also be a series of free virtual sessions open to everyone. These sessions include artists such as Ms Banks, Fred again.., Charlie Sloth to offer exclusive industry insight and develop new creative skills.
