Warren Huart, record producer and recording engineer and YouTube Channel presenter of Produce Like a Pro came to Tileyard’s membership studios, TYX, to record and film the process of recording a song.

In the video, Huart works with singer-songwriter Lianne Kaye in The Red Suite at TYX London, using the Audient ASP4816-HE console, the Genelec monitoring system, and various microphones and outboard gear.

Huart and Kaye begin by discussing the song’s structure, after which Kaye heads to the live room to record the guitar and vocals. Assisted by engineer Alex McArthur, they get to work recording and producing the track.

Those interested in taking their skills to the next level can participate in a remix/production contest featuring the stems from this track, with some fantastic prizes up for grabs. Huart has worked with notable artists such as The Fray, Aerosmith, James Blunt, Daniel Powter, and Colbie Caillat, among many others.
